Online Tickets to Performing Arts Events
Our tickets are valid for the date and time listed on them only. There are no refunds on tickets, and past-dated tickets will not be honored. If a change of date or time is needed, contact the Box Office at (951) 222-8100 or send an email to landisboxoffice@rcc.edu at least 24 hours before the performance scheduled on the ticket. Exchange requests made with 24-hour notice will be honored when possible, if space is available. Please note that programming and cast members are subject to change without notice. All patrons are required to follow CDC and County guidelines for COVID-19 safety. Review our COVID-19 waiver at https://tickets.rccboxoffice.com/covid-19-waiver/.
RCC productions generally are restricted to attendees who are age 4 and above. No babes in arms are allowed. However, there are certain productions with content appropriate only for more mature audiences. Because every patron is different and comes with their own set of experiences and sensitivities, patrons are encouraged to check the event listing for age recommendations, to contact the Box Office for additional information, and to do their own research. RCC reserves the right to eject any patrons who are disruptive.
Patrons are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event in order to find and pay for parking, pick up tickets, if necessary, and get seated prior to the show. In order to minimize the distraction to other patrons, latecomers are seated at the back of the theatre at an appropriate time, determined by, and at the discretion of, the House Manager. For certain productions, late seating may not be allowed due to the nature of the show or the safety of the performers and audience members. For instance, no late seating is available for “Drive-in” performances. There are no refunds for late arrivals, but a ticket exchange for the same production will be made when possible, if seating is available. Fees may apply.
Because a parking permit is required on the RCC campus at all times, patrons are encouraged to purchase a parking permit to display on their dashboard while attending a production. Print-at-home permits can be purchased online along with the event ticket or by clicking here for RCC parking. Permits can also be purchased at one of the parking kiosks upon arrival on campus. No RCC parking permit is necessary for the “Drive-in” performances.
