Online Tickets to Performing Arts Events
Beginning August 10, 2021, proof of full vaccination will be required for everyone attending Riverside City College events as well as all staff and artists working the events.
“Fully vaccinated” means your first visit to campus is at least 2 weeks after your final vaccine dose. Along with their ticket, attendees will need to bring a photo ID and any of the following: a physical vaccination card, a picture of their vaccination card, a digital vaccination record or a Cleared4 blue or green pass. All California residents may request a digital vaccination record at MyVaccineRecord.cdph.ca.gov.
Guests under the age of 12 who are not yet eligible for vaccination will be allowed to attend but must follow our mask guidelines. If you have any concerns and decide not to attend, you may return your tickets for an online credit for future events or request a full refund of the ticket price by emailing contact@performanceriverside.org before the performance.
Subscribers who do not renew this season will have their seat locations retained and the opportunity to renew them for the 2022/23 season.
Guests must wear a mask unless they are actively eating and drinking or are otherwise exempt from wearing a mask due to a disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.).
Wear a mask with two or more layers. Wear the mask over your nose and mouth and under your chin. The following are prohibited: Masks with exhalation valves; masks made of loosely woven fabrics; scarves, buffs, bandanas, gaiters, and face shields alone (inadequate protection). Masks will be available upon request.

Our tickets are valid for the date and time listed on them only. There are no refunds on tickets, and past-dated tickets will not be honored. If a change of date or time is needed, contact the Box Office at (951) 222-8100 or send an email to landisboxoffice@rcc.edu at least 24 hours before the performance scheduled on the ticket. Exchange requests made with 24-hour notice will be honored when possible, if space is available. Please note that programming and cast members are subject to change without notice. All patrons are required to follow CDC and County guidelines for COVID-19 safety. Review our COVID-19 waiver at https://tickets.rccboxoffice.com/covid-19-waiver/.
RCC productions generally are restricted to attendees who are age 4 and above. No babes in arms are allowed. However, there are certain productions with content appropriate only for more mature audiences. Because every patron is different and comes with their own set of experiences and sensitivities, patrons are encouraged to check the event listing for age recommendations, to contact the Box Office for additional information, and to do their own research. RCC reserves the right to eject any patrons who are disruptive.
Patrons are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event in order to find and pay for parking, pick up tickets, if necessary, and get seated prior to the show. In order to minimize the distraction to other patrons, latecomers are seated at the back of the theatre at an appropriate time, determined by, and at the discretion of, the House Manager. For certain productions, late seating may not be allowed due to the nature of the show or the safety of the performers and audience members. For instance, no late seating is available for “Drive-in” performances. There are no refunds for late arrivals, but a ticket exchange for the same production will be made when possible, if seating is available. Fees may apply.
Because a parking permit is required on the RCC campus at all times, patrons are encouraged to purchase a parking permit to display on their dashboard while attending a production. Print-at-home permits can be purchased online along with the event ticket or by clicking here for RCC parking. Permits can also be purchased at one of the parking kiosks upon arrival on campus. No RCC parking permit is necessary for the “Drive-in” performances.

Each newsletter contains an opt-out option that gives the user the ability to remove their name and information from the newsletter database.
Online Ticket Purchases and Online Forms
We use several forms on our website to obtain specific information. There are multiple forms for ordering tickets to performances, a form to contact Landis Box Office and to be added to our mailing list, and a form to sign-up for our electronic newsletter. Ticket purchases require specific information regarding the performance(s) users wish to purchase along with personal contact information (e.g. name and address) and payment information (e.g. credit card number, expiration date and CVV code). This information is secured and used for billing purposes and to complete the customer’s order. This information becomes part of the Landis Box Office’s ticketing software database to streamline future ticket purchases and verifications and to provide recommendations and offers for future events. If we should have trouble processing an order, the information will be used to contact the user. This personal information is not retained, shared, or stored with any company other than FPA. Credit card information input into our ticketing system is encrypted and cannot be accessed by staff once it has been added to the system.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. FPA uses cookies, including Google to calculate analytical information, Facebook integration to measure and improve advertisements, and Google double-click to present users with ads that are relevant to them, according to the user profile. Cookies also are used temporarily to facilitate ticket purchasing online.

Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site will request information from users via surveys or contests. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and to award prizes. Survey information will be used for monitoring and improving the use and satisfaction of the site, as well as FPA’s programming and customer service.
Security
FPA’s intent is to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information online, the information is treated with the same confidentiality that customers receive when placing phone orders. At FPA, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users’ information is limited to employees in restricted access offices where the information remains confidential. Only a limited number of employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. These employees must also use password-protected log-in authentication to access personal accounts. If you have any questions about the security of our website, send an e-mail to contact@rccboxoffice.com
Correction/Updating Personal Information

This is done via the online ticket system or by contacting the Landis Box Office by phone at (951) 222-8100, by mail – Landis Box Office, 4800 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92506, or by e-mail – support@rccboxoffice.com. All electronic newsletters and marketing e-mails include an opt-out link.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes at this location so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that which was stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
