Cookies and Safari

It is our desire to make the online ticket purchase process as simple as possible. To do that, we implement the use of cookies to store your basket as you shop the website. Depending on your device settings, this may cause browsing issues while navigating parts of our site. We find that Apple users browsing on Safari are most likely to encounter this problem.  Here are a few things you can do to help improve the experience. (Although this mostly applies to Apple users on Safari, it may prove helpful to other users)

  • For best results, use Google Chrome if possible.  Chrome’s cookie settings will not interfere with our site’s shopping process.
  • If Google Chrome is not an option, try using your browser’s private/incognito window. This should allow you to complete a session without issue.  Please note, that once the window is closed, your session information will be lost.  If you have completed a purchase, you can always sign in to your account to view details.  
  • Failing all else, you can disable settings in Safari to allow our cookies to work.
    • On iPhone/iPad
      1. Open Settings App
      2. Scroll to ‘Safari’ and click
      3. Search for ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ and swipe the button left to disable.  It should appear grey and not green.
    • On Mac
      1.  Open your safari browser
      2. Click ‘Safari’ in the tool bar
      3. Select ‘Prefernces’
      4. Select ‘Privacy’
      5. Uncheck ‘Prevent cross-site tracking’
    • Please note that if you are concerned about your security,  you can always restore these changes when you have completed the checkout process.
